Cryotherapy Spoon

The low temperature has a draining effect, reduces puffiness, and stimulates lymphatic circulation. Massage techniques

Before starting the massage, place the spoon in the refrigerator or freezer for about 10-20 minutes, cleanse and dry your face, and begin the massage.

Eye area

Movements : gentle, from the inner corner of the eye outwards and towards the temples.

Effect : reduces swelling, reduces dark circles under the eyes.

Time : 1–2 minutes per eye.

Cheeks

Movements : start at the nostrils and move the spoon upwards towards the ear.

Effect : improves facial contour, firms the skin.

Time : 2–3 minutes per side.

Forehead

Movements : move the spoon from the center of the forehead towards the temples (sideways).

Effect : smoothes facial wrinkles, relaxes facial muscles.

Time : 2–3 minutes.

Jaw line

  • Movements : from the chin along the jawline towards the ear.
  • Effect : emphasizing the facial contour, reducing swelling.
  • Time : 1–2 minutes per side.

Neck

Movements : from the chin downwards, towards the collarbones.

Effect : supports lymphatic drainage.

Time : 2–3 minutes.
